Product was poorly packaged and arrived damaged, carton was wet and stained with coffee. One container was completely empty, other two leaking.
I contacted the sender. No response. Coffer is weak for a concentrate; ratio of 1 oz of concentrate to 2 ozs, versus 1 oz of concentrate to 8 ozs with other cold brews. I gave it 2 stars, since cold brewed concentrate is hard to find, but there are others far better, and with good customer service.
