I love this stuff. I love coffee, but I had to give it up for health reasons. I'd always wanted to try dandelion coffee and I finally got around to it. This brand is excellent. It has a rich, non-bitter flavor and can be taken hot or cold. My current favorite recipe is equal parts milk and coconut milk heated, stir in some Dandy Blend and a Tbsp of the syrup of your choice (honey, brown rice syrup, agave syrup). To die for. I will never go back to Starbucks now.

I drink one or two big cups every morning, 2 teaspoons dissolved in 1/2 cup chocolate hemp milk (watch for sugar content, I choose one with rice sweetener), then filled up with boiling water - absolutely delicious. You will forget about all the fancy lattes and macchiatos you can buy! This is equally as good, if not better!
